In Memoriam

O my God,
Relying on your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises,
I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of your grace,
And life everlasting,
Through the merits of Jesus Christ,
My Lord and Redeemer.

Amen
.

For those unaware of what this post is supposed to be dedicated towards, today marked the tenth anniversary of the Oklahoma City Bombing which killed one-hundred and sixty-eight people on April 19th, 1995, and was the largest terrorist attack on American soil prior to the attacks of September 11th, 2001. Although Timothy McVeigh was executed in June 2001 for his enactment of this crime against humanity, the scars left upon the survivors and the families of the victims will never be truly healed. If the subject of the Oklahoma City Bombing or the tragic effects experienced in the aftermath are intriguing to you or you feels as though you want to contribute to the recovery efforts of the survivors as well as the children of the victims in this horrific act, I suggest that you visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial website and make a donation today.
