Supreme Court Rules Cities May Seize Homes

I can not believe for a second that this is what the Founding Fathers of this nation had in mind when they discussed the right of citizens of the United States to private property. The residents of Anaheim, California, better begin watching their backs. The Disneyland Resort has always griped that they have never had enough room to expand properly and that complaints from the surrounding residents concerning noise levels have forced to abandon specific projects. Should the city officials deem tourism as too much of a priority, this may no longer pose as a road block for the Disneyland Resort.
