Hillary and China: Silent Partners in Crime?

Has Hillary Rodham Clinton silently become an advisor to the Chinese government? Has China been leeching off Mrs. Clinton’s ideas? I do not believe either one is the case in this situation, although it is quite staggering to see the two political powerhouses met eye-to-eye on curbing news reporting via the internet.
