Zieg Heil Mr. Guillory

Wow, I have become quite the popular figurehead of hatred and resentment amongst the liberal extremists located here at Marquette University having received so many e-mail and facebook messages over such a short period of time. I do not know what to say exactly. I am touched and honored to be the lightening rod in publicly demonstrating their utter ignorance and their unmitigated impudence of the truth simply because it does not coincide with their specific political agenda.

The following e-mail message was sent to me by David Guillory (I have no clue who this person is and I even asked Professor McAdams if he was one of his past students but he said he wasn’t – if there is anyone out there who knows who this guy is, let me know) on Monday at around three in the afternoon:

Just to let you know, your pathetic article in the mu tribune was quite racist and obnoxious. You repeatedly discriminate against muslims and blanketly portray them as a single people. People in the middle east do not speak the same language, and rather you like it or not, jews are along the same bloodline as arabs. People in northern Iraq speak Kurdish, the Iranians speak Farsi, and each area has a seperate dialect. You called many people (probably referring to palestinians) anti - semites, when in fact they themselves are semetic. Another thing, get your facts about the repulsive terrorist state that is known as Israel, correct. The Israeli government is a group of terrorists that ravage the lives of poor palestinians, segregating themselves away from them in a place they dont even belong in. Israel has no business in the middle east. They have been the cause of much terrorism in the united states and around the world, including 9/11. Currently, Israel is building a wall to keep palestinians out, a wall much similar to that which existed in Berlin. I am going to assume that you have never visited too many countries outside the United States, which is why you have these beliefs. I have vistited 20 countries on over 6 continents, and i have come to better understand the world. I have talked to many muslims overseas as well as others on the topic of israel, and almost none support it. Israel has violated over 65 UN resolutions, whereas Iraq only violated 3, and the american media will not let its public hear about what is really going on in the world. It is because of people like you that i have come to really dislike this country and many of its people for being guilty of ignorance and stupidity. Conservatives are the disease of America, liberals are the cure.
Let us take our time with this particular letter and respond to each and every one of the ignorant, perfidious statements he makes as to accurately portray the feeble liberals for what they truly are, distorters of the truth, shall we?

Beside the fact that he fails to capitalize any words beside the first one of each sentence, not to mention incorrectly spelling words that can easily be picked up on Microsoft Word (sorry about this, but I had some seriously strict English teachers in the past and this sort of thing just tends to rub me the wrong way), he can not even get a decent stride in his message before he lies trip him up.
Just to let you know, your pathetic article in the mu tribune was quite racist and obnoxious. You repeatedly discriminate against muslims and blanketly portray them as a single people. People in the middle east do not speak the same language, and rather you like it or not, jews are along the same bloodline as arabs. First off, yes, I will admit to the fact that not all Muslims think the same way as Miss Hamden does about the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, at least as far as Muslims living within the United States are concerned (hopefully not on student visas or else I am willing to make a quick call to Homeland Security in Washington), but a vast majority of those living within the Middle East region, the area where opinion matters most in this debate, do hold this exact same view of the Israeli nation.

Second, yes, I will concede to the fact that not all Arabs speak the same language, there are actually quite a variety of spoken Arabic languages (Turkish being just one of them), but Arabic is primarily the sole language which people of the Middle East use to read and write.

And finally, Jews are not along the same bloodline as Arabs, and there would be plenty of Muslims who would take direct offense to anyone who made such a claim to them, which just shows you how far their hatred of the Jewish race actually goes. Any professor in the Department of Political Science will tell you immediately that this statement is false. And here’s an intriguing question – if they are of the same ethnicity or bloodline as he claims, then why is he willing to distinguish as an entirely separate race of people?
You called many people (probably referring to palestinians) anti - semites, when in fact they themselves are semetic. Another thing, get your facts about the repulsive terrorist state that is known as Israel, correct. The Israeli government is a group of terrorists that ravage the lives of poor palestinians, segregating themselves away from them in a place they dont even belong in. Israel has no business in the middle east. They have been the cause of much terrorism in the united states and around the world, including 9/11.
First, the term “semetic” of which David is referring to (spelled incorrectly) means, according to Webster’s Dictionary, “of, relating to, or constituting a subgroup of the Afro-Asiatic language group that includes Arabic, Hebrew, Amharic, and Aramaic”. David is either 1) mistaken in his assumption of what I meant by the comment (which I find highly unlikely) or else 2) he is actually playing possum in order to avoid directly addressing the matter, knowing that there is no way to wrangle out of the discussion without being caught. Straight from the Webster’s Dictionary, here is the definition of an anti-Semite for you David – “One who discriminates against or who is hostile toward or prejudiced against Jews”. Does this not sound like the definition of the Palestinians, as well as a vast majority of the Muslim population within the Middle East region?

Secondly, if the treatment of the Palestinians by the Jews is as horrific as you claim it is, why then are they remaining there? Why do they not simply pick up their belongings and move to a more Arab nation where they will be accepted? If I remember correctly, Palestinians were given the right to vote in Israeli elections, despite the fact that they should clearly not have that privilege, and they are allowed to take up residence within in a country, no matter what the condition, that they are not a legal citizen of. More importantly, if the Jews were at abusive of the Palestinians as you claim, wouldn’t it be a whole lot easier to just kick them out of the country or wipe them out entirely then to continually waste money on safety measures such as the wall or the checkpoints?

Thirdly, who are you to claim that Israel has no right to being in the Middle East? They have as much right, if not more, then the rest of the Middle East region. God gave them the land of Zion so that they may live together as God’s chosen people and no one else is entitled to it besides them. The Palestinians, on the other hand, are nothing more then a bunch of squatters encroaching on sacred Jewish lands.

And finally, it seems as though we have the next Oliver Stone or Michael Moore in our midst, as David, in his reference to the Jews as the real perpetrators of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, is clearly citing the inane conspiracy theories orchestrated on the web pages of individuals who find themselves unemployed and still living in their parent’s basement, whether they’ve buried them in the backyard or not yet. I do not know about you but the last time I checked, it was Islamic extremists, not Jews, who crashed planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001, and it has been Islamic Palestinians who have been boarding buses in Israel and blowing themselves up in the name of Allah, not the Jews.
First off, the “wall” of which you are referring to has already been built (it has been built for quite some time now) and the United Nations is attempting to pass legislation that would force the Israeli government to remove it, this despite the clear and obvious fact that the number of suicide bombings caused by young Palestinian terrorists has dramatically declined since its erection.

Secondly, someone should seriously sit down with you and teach you the actual account of the Berlin Wall and how it is, in no way, shape or form, a direct comparison to the wall built by the Israelis.

Third, no, I have not visited many countries outside of the United States (Italy is the only one so far, though I am planning to study abroad in England for a semester next year), but I do not see how this should affect my judgment into what I deem as right and what is morally wrong, which would include the persecution of the Jewish race by the Palestinian terrorist organizations.

And finally, is it just me or did the last sentence in that paragraph just support practically everything I have been saying in this blog entry, as well as any other entry, concerning the Muslim population in the Middle East and their attitudes toward the Jews? This is sad, utterly sad.
Israel has violated over 65 UN resolutions, whereas Iraq only violated 3, and the american media will not let its public hear about what is really going on in the world.

First off, since when did the all-powerful and mighty United Nations end up having the final say as to what is right and what is wrong? Last time I checked, they were the ones who, along with the cowardly Clinton administration, refused to take action against the Rwanda genocide in 1994 and have thus far not passed a single resolution condemning the terrorist activities of the Palestinians, of which they have taken part in, a fact that can not be denied.

Secondly, is this the same United Nations we are referring to that passed a resolution in 1975 claiming that “Zionism was racism”? Is this the same United Nation that, along with Iraq, orchestrated one of the most egregious acts of bribery and extortion the world has ever seen or heard of? Just checking since it would appear as though we were not thinking of the same "non-partisan" international organization as the United Nations.

And lastly, instead of wasting more of my precious time attempting to correct your complete ignorance of the truth, here are links to a few sites that I believe will straighten you out as to the whole Israel/Iraq resolution problem (here's a hint – there are A LOT more then three resolutions passed against Iraq prior to the US-led invasion in March 2003):

And now some final parting thoughts ...

It is because of people like you that i have come to really dislike this country and many of its people for being guilty of ignorance and stupidity. Conservatives are the disease of America, liberals are the cure.

So answer me this, why are you still here? What in Allah’s name is forcing you to remain in a country that you do not like? There are college universities in Canada, why not go there? Honestly, it is not that far of a drive from here. As you have said yourself, you have been to many countries around the world, why not live in one of those instead of the United States?

But seriously, it is naïve individuals such as yourself who make me content with the way things are going for our country. It makes me proud knowing that our country elected, twice mind you, a President who will not hand over our sanctity and security as a free and democratic society over to the United Nations, who business has been to cater to the whims of the Third World countries who seek to do us harm, instead of Al Gore, with whom this country would have been sunk down into a sink-hole following the attacks on September 11th.
