The Governator Vetoes Bill Legalizing Gay Marriage in California

Assemblyman Mark Leno of Gay Capital, USA … I mean, San Francisco insists that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s veto of a bill legalizing gay marriage in the state of California is “pandering to the far right” but, at least from an intellectual’s perspective, this demonstrates that he is instead invoking the will of the people when they overwhelming voted in favor of Proposition 22 which defined marriage as between a man and a woman only.
