French in Disarray, EU Vote Lost

Who could have foreseen this coming? Let us assume that every straight minded conservative reading this right now has their hand up in the air and we can rest the debate at that. The rest of the European nations are about ready to slit their throats right now. Funny, the French people are the ones who voted down the creation of a constitution the French government created and push so adamently for.
