Harris Takes Early Lead in Fla. Primary

I have not paid much attention to the primary races outside the state of Wisconsin but apparently early reports are indicating that U.S. Representative Katherine Harris, infamous for her role in the 2000 presidential election debacle, is leading in Florida’s primary race for the GOP nomination for the Senate. I am personally interested how her comments about the separation of church and state being a ‘lie’ will play out in the actual election campaign should she win the primary. While she is right in this regard, it is a tad risky to say the least to be making such statements during a campaign for office.
