Proposal to Rename 16th St. Runs Into Objections

Only a Democrat, a truly deplorable and partisan one at that, would ever object to naming a street in Washington D.C. after a Republican president, in this instance the late-Ronald Reagan, undeniably this nation’s greatest president. If you will recall the dishonorable czar of Madison, also known as Governor Jim Doyle vetoed the proposal to rename Highway-14 as the Ronald Reagan Highway. I suppose misery loves company then.
