Why Are We Giving Guantanamo Prisoners the Koran in the First Place?

For those of you liberals continuing to bellyache about the defecation of the Koran as reported by Newsweek this past month, a report which turned out to be unsubstantiated and false, Charles Krauthammer has written an informative article questioning why we should be allowing enemies of the United States and identified terrorists the right to practice their religion at this camp in the first place.
