The Pope v. Islam

Oliver Stone: I'm Ashamed for My Country

Coming from a Communist-sympathizer like director Oliver Stone that means a whole lot. Wait, isn’t his country Cuba?

Detainee Bill Passes in the Senate

In spite of anti-American liberal objections, the bill “to authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war, and for other purposes” passed the Senate 65-34-1. Surprisingly (caution: heavy sarcasm), only one Republican, Chafee from Rhode Island, voted against the measure. The other thirty-three were Democrats. Never would have thought.

Diamond Jim Doyle at It Again

The Milwaukee* Journal Sentinel (yes, out of principle I am still using the asterisk) is reporting (this is a couple of days old but it is extremely important in light of the November election so I’ll post it nonetheless) that a lawyer working on behalf of the Jim Doyle campaign lobbied three Democratic members of the State Elections Board the night before the decision was made to order gubernatorial candidate Mark Green to divest nearly five-hundred thousand dollars in campaign contributions.

What’s this?! Governor Jim Doyle doing something politically, not to mention morally, unethical in Wisconsin? I am shocked! Utterly and entirely shocked!

Alright, what Attorney Michael S. Maistelman did was perfectly legal, but regardless it is a bit suspicious and certainly unethical. Here are some important questions to ask – Why did Maistelman deny to reporters when they first questioned him about whether or not he worked for the Doyle campaign? Conflict of interest, perhaps? If lobbying board members is ethical then why didn’t Mark Green’s attorney lobby the Republican board members or even the lone Libertarian member? More importantly, however, if Maistelman is working for the Doyle campaign, why was he involved at all if Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, not Doyle’s campaign, filed the suit against Green? Even lefty Wisconsin bloggers are admitting that Governor Jim Doyle should never have been involved in this in the first place and that he fumbled an issue that could have easily given him some relay.

There are several distinct ironies about this revelation. First off, Governor Jim Doyle’s campaign apparently released a television advertisement saying he fought corruption in Wisconsin politics the next day after news broke about the e-mails to the board members.

Another is that Attorney Michael S. Maistelman, the lawyer in question, was apparently an up-and-coming lawyer before this event and now he’s made one of the dumbest mistakes anybody, political or otherwise, can ever make – leaving a paper (or in this case an e-mail) trail.

There are at least two essential rules to politics I can not stress enough: 1) Don’t cheat and 2) if you absolutely must cheat then don’t get caught! Doyle’s campaign lawyer violated both those rules and now he and his employer will likely pay the price, if not now then on Election Day.

American Pinkos

Chomsky in Bed with Chavez?

Normally I am not one to believe such inane conspiracy theories but some how I can’t help shake the fact that Noam Chomsky might be in league with Hugo Chavez to further book sales of his anti-American tomes. Take a look at Amazon.com's Top 100 Bestseller list! Slap a tin-foil hat on me, I'm convinced!

Below is a picture of Chavez flashing Chomsky’s book on the floor of the United Nations General Assembly. The one in the corner of this post is simply one I found when I Google-searched images of Chavez and Chomsky. I find it hilarious.

Iran's President Calls Nuclear Issue 'Not Important'

Well the United Nations clearly does not seem to think it is important anyway. Why else would they offer the pulpit to an Islamic fascist dictator in front of the General Assembly? I can not stress enough how this is the equivalent of allowing Adolf Hitler or Mussolini to speak their peace. The president of Iran is this generation’s Hitler and we, not just the United States but the world, have to wake up and put an immediate stop to a threat which is right in front of us. We are dealing with a mad man who literally believes the world is going to end in two or three years and that he has been hand-picked by Allah to destroy all of Judeo-Christian civilization and bring about the domain of Islam. I know I am going to sleep better at night knowing the United Nations is working so diligently to work hand-in-hand with a certifiable mad-man who wants to destroy the West, specifically the United States. Then of course you have the French who just don’t seem to give a damn but that’s nothing new. I can only assume that it has something to do with military defense contracts and kickbacks as was the case with their opposition to the war in Iraq.

Bush: We'll Lose the War on Terror If the War on Terror Ever Becomes a War on Islam

See, this is one of those areas, a rare one regarding terrorism, where I substantially disagree with President George W. Bush. As a ‘compassionate conservative’ he does not want to turn the war against terrorism into a war against Islam in spite of the clear fact that Islam is at war with us and has been for at least three decades. Making such an argument is the equivalent, I think, of saying you don’t want to turn the Cold War into a war against Communism or World War II into a war against Nazism.

Response to Nick Zettel's Viewpoint Editorial

I agree with Mr. Zettel that racial profiling is absurd. Moussaoui, for example, was black and while Islam is the rising religion among blacks (this is ironic of course since Islam regards black or dark skin as a curse set down by God or Allah and condemns such people to eternal damnation), especially Africans, it is more commonly associated with people from the Middle East.

What I disagree with however is what he said later on in his editorial, specifically “not [all] Muslim males who commit acts of terrorism involving airports any more than it is white males who commit acts of terrorism involving federal buildings”. And while that may be true the vast majority of people who have plotted to enact terrorist attacks on airliners have been (prepare for this one) Muslims.

Yes, Mr. Zettel, I do not mean to indict “an entire religion for being guilty of practicing that religion” but when a majority of terrorist attacks, not just on airliners, are committed by people of a certain religion then we have to take religious affiliation into strong consideration in our efforts to make air travel safe again.

Oh, and Mr. Zettel, I do not appreciate people putting words into my mouth. When I meant religious profiling I specifically and deliberately meant religious profiling, not racial profiling. Mr. Zettel asks the rhetorical question, “If I told Kastner, here an airport guard, that I, a white American male, were a Muslim, would he keep me in the line?” to which I would respond, yes. Remember Richard Reid, the would-be shoe bomber? His father was English and his mother was Jamaican but he was Muslim. And let’s not forget Moussaoui, shall we?

Marquette Arabs Play Victims

As Justin Timberlake once said, ‘Cry me a river’. Of course the mature thing to do would be to condemn the fascist-wing of Islam which carried out the September 11th attacks on this nation and continue to spread violence and bloodshed throughout the world but I suppose when CAIR decides to take on the role of the victim then every other Muslim sheep must follow suit.

Burke's Viewpoint Right on the Money

Daniel Burke’s viewpoint editorial Column on 9/11 Film Misses in last Thursday’s edition of The Marquette Tribune sums up a lot of the points I made in my post responding to A.J. Becker's editorial (that it was too soon to make a film about September 11th) on September 8th, that films which focused on the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor were made less then a year after the event and it is never too soon to have a film made about the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

Religion of Peace My A**

Excuse me but wouldn’t this confirm what the Pope was commenting on in regards to the connection between Islam and violence?

That’s the spirit! Let’s all hold hands around a campfire singing ‘Kumbaya’ and deny history. Please, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain with a sword raised demanding you convert to Islam or die!

Say it together now: HYP-O-CRITE!

Hate to tell you this buddy but you’re a little too late. Three decades too late to be precise. We’ve been at war with Islamic fascism for thirty-plus years now, though we’ve only come to that realization within the last five years.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Arrested

Can you believe this? Where is the justice in this? A federal judge argues he is only respecting treaty obligations by sending a good guy who apprehended a serial rapist back to Mexico while at the same time left-wing judges just like him in this country have routinely flaunted this country’s own law by protecting illegal immigrants who cross the US-Mexican border unchecked and refuse to send them back to where they came from. Tell me, where is the justice?

M*JS: City Ballots Don't Add Up

Ehh … That was my initial reaction upon reading the headline above of this morning’s edition of the Milwaukee* Journal Sentinel. I don’t mean to sound like I don’t care (I do) but who is really surprised by this? Well, the Democrats in this state, namely Gov. Jim Doyle. And of course they blamed a ‘computer error’. I believe that was the excuse last time, was it not? How about something original for change? I’m amazed that in an age of spectacular technological achievements we can not even get a computer in this state to print out precise election results. If this happened for a primary election, I can’t wait to see what is in store for November. Oh, wait, it has already happened before! Imagine that!

Thanks to Brian Collar at GOP3.com for beating me to the punch on this one.

Brody Ruckus Revealed!

Give Justin Phillips at GOP3.com some credit for admitting he was duped. But not too much though, since after all he was duped, like so many other people across the country. I knew there was something fishy about this whole Brody Ruckus-threesome thing but considering how immature and downright inane some people can be I did not put it entirely outside the realm of possibility though be it for me I certainly did not want to believe someone would lower themselves to such a level. Turns out that Brody Ruckus does not even exist and it was an orchestrated publicity stunt by Ruckus Music to stir up interest in music downloads. There’s a lesson to be learned from this folks – if it is too good to be true then it probably is. So slap yourself in the face for even imagining something like that could happen and come back to reality. Oh and Facebook is evil, but I feel I am repeating the sentiment of hundreds, if not thousands, of college students across the country right now, especially in light of the new design.

Air America Radio Filing for Bankruptcy?

Are the rumors true? Is Air America Radio, the nation’s premiere source of liberal-BS, on the ropes? It appears that in a last ditch effort to save the fledgling radio network Air America Radio has decided to file for bankruptcy (something of which has been speculated for months now) and five employees have been handed pink slips, among them Jerry Springer. I’ll be reporting more on this late-breaking story (cough, cough) as I find the time this evening.

CENSORED Footage From 'The Path to 9/11'

I have not had the time as of late to weigh in on the whole controversy surrounding the ABC miniseries ‘The Path to 9/11’ although I would imagine it would be pretty obvious where I stand in regards to the opinion that the Clinton administration failed miserably in its efforts to thwart the 2001 terrorist attacks. Red State has kindly provided us with six clips from footage that was edited out of the two-part miniseries at the request of the Clinton administration.

"CLIP #1 - Against a barren central Asian landscape, an American special actionteam moves in for a 'snatch' operation on Osama bin Laden. But backin Washington, DC, Clinton's National Security Advisor cannot bringhimself to make the final call"

"CLIP #2 - The Americans and their local allies are stunned to find themselvescountermanded by the Clinton Administration at the moment ofdecision. Frustrated and alone in a hostile land, they contemplate aneedless failure as their Afghan allies reproach them. Back inWashington, DC, Bill Clinton becomes less preoccupied with Americansecurity, and more preoccupied with his impending impeachment. Outin east Africa, al Qaeda plots its next move"

"CLIP #3 - In Nairobi, Kenya, horrific slaughter ensues as al Qaeda attacks theAmerican embassy. Clinton's DCI receives a teary remonstrance fromthe only sane person in the entire American intelligence hierarchy in those days"

"CLIP #4 - A team of Americans and Kenyans tracks a reluctant jihadi through aNairobi slum. A chase ensues, and the fugitive is caught. 'American-devil!' he yells in Arabic, but one assumes real devils wouldn't take prisoners. A threatening crowd of slum-dwellers gathers, totingmachetes, but the Americans escape. Back in DC, bureaucrats and theNSA discuss how the Lewinsky investigation is hampering thePresident's efforts. Madeleine Albright argues against taking on theTaliban on purely legalistic grounds. William Cohen opines thatgoing to war is an 'overreaction.' The clown carnival plans its infamously ineffectual cruise-missile strikes on Afghanistan and the Sudan. The Sudanese are predictably irate"

"CLIP #5 - The Sudanese express their anger at America by trashing their ownneighborhoods. Ayman al-Zawahiri calls ABC News for a friendly chat. Massoud's Northern Alliance suffers a Taliban offensive in response to the American strikes. Massoud himself is piqued: why did the Americans ever trust the perfidious Pakistanis whose forewarning saved bin Laden? Thank God we've learned that lesson. George Tenet, Sandy Berger and Madeleine Albright exchange harsh words"

"CLIP # 6 - Khalid Sheikh Muhammed: champion offroader! And hideous villain, too -- the man has it all. We see an al Qaeda training camp in operation. It's like the Boy Scouts, but with automatic weapons, none of the Christian overtones, and twice the recreational sodomy. KSM reveals he has a secret plan in mind. He calls it "The PlanesOperation." It involves....planes. As dusk falls, the jihadismachine-gun a projection screen upon which Clinton's visage is speaking, thereby eliminating the sole source of entertainment in Waziristan, and disrespecting their own MVP. KSM and al-Zawahiri exchange tender words. Much desert scenery and ululating ensues"

Popular Mechanics Debates Loose Change on 9/11

The authors of the web-based ‘documentary’ ‘Loose Change’ lose all credibility they had left, if any to begin with, when placed in a debate against editors of Popular Mechanics. Hilariously enough, at least from my perspective, the debate was held on ‘Democracy Now!’, the liberal television station. Click the link above to view the four-part debate (the link to embed the clips into the blog posts has been disabled so they could not be placed on this site at the moment).

September 12th Wisconsin Primary Election Party

Milwaukee County Executive (and one time gubernatorial candidate) Scott Walker introduces Mark Green and Jean Hundertmark to the crowd.

The future governor and lt. governor of the state of Wisconsin, Mark Green and Jean Hundertmark!

We surprisingly managed to attract a handful of looney liberals picketing in front of the 'Green Machine'. Don't they have some drunk's campaign to mourn?

Tin-Foil Hat People Invade Ground Zero on 9/11 Anniversary

Here is just a small sampling of the photos provided by The Jawa Report of the 9/11 conspiracy theorists who desecrated the sacred hollow ground of Ground Zero on the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks. It saddens me that in an age where we have so much information at our disposal via the internet, television, radio, etc. and yet so many people can remain so willfully ignorant.

Putting the People in the Tin-Foil Hats in Their Place

Palestinian Response to 9/11 Five Years Ago

Surprisingly CNN (the Clinton News Network) replayed their news coverage of the September 11th attacks today. What was missing however was the piece of footage showing the Palestinian response to 9/11 with Arabs cheering and dancing in the streets at the sight of the World Trade Center billowing with smoke. Never Forget, Never Forgive.

Viewpoint: September 11th Remembered

This article appeared in the Tuesday, September 12th, 2006, edition of The Marquette Tribune. Words in bold are what was cut-out of the final version of the student editorial in order to fulfill the newspaper’s five-hundred word-limit.

The fifth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks has come upon us and I feel I must be frank in my assessment of the war against terrorism. We are safe, safer then we were on 9/11, but only in specific areas and overall we are not nearly as safe as we could or should be.

The Twin Towers need to be rebuilt; I can not emphasize this enough. This should have been a top priority following 9/11 but was deplorably neglected. The fact that we have gone five years without having done a single thing with Ground Zero is a humiliation for this country. As it is it serves only as a symbol of encouragement to Osama Bin Laden and his Islamic fascist followers.

Another key step would be to redesign the Flight 93 memorial entitled the 'Crescent of Embrace' so that it honors the actual heroes of that doomed flight and not the terrorists. The crescent of course is a prominent symbol of Islam, especially so when it is pointing in the direction of Mecca as designs of the memorial have indicated, and would embolden al-Qaeda.

A foiled plot this past August to blow up British airliners in route to the United States in midair using liquid explosives is a standing reminder that we are no safer in the air then we were before 9/11. As old ladies are felt up by airport security and experts propose new passenger screening measures such as psychological (screening measures like psychological (yes, let’s encourage, with the ACLU’s backing of course, the terrorists to plead insanity) or even, dare we think it, racial profiling, we are distracted from the clear and obvious solution to airport security. What needs to be implemented is religious profiling which specifically targets those of Islamic faith, particularly young males under the age of thirty who are most likely to carry out terrorist attacks.

The Republicans in Congress in the two years since garnering majority control of both houses have done nothing in terms of advancing national security, or much else for that matter. The Democrats are no better, if not worse. They’ve lambasted nearly every single security measure this administration has proposed while at the same time refusing to offer alternative solutions which weren’t a step backward in terms of defense. Enough is enough. It is time for the Republicans to grow a spine and for the Democrats to either put up or shut up.

And Israel, like the U.S. in the aftermath of Vietnam, has learned a valuable lesson – when you let the media and the politicians fight the war for you, you are going to lose. We can only hope they will take it closer to heart and not become the paper tiger the United States has so often shown itself to be. Hezbollah survived and what's more is that they have grown more powerful then ever before because they stood up to Israel and won. Now Israel, faced with their own Vietnam, is no longer the symbol of intimidation in the Middle East at a time in history when we need them to be, as nuclear talks commence with Iran, making it much more difficult to resolve the conflict. Israel must get its act together if it is to survive at a democracy in the Middle East.

We need to stop beating ourselves up every time terrorists hold themselves up in mosques because we’re afraid that if we bomb it we’d offend the Muslim community. I don’t remember the Christian community chastising the Allied Powers for bombing Christian churches to liberate Europe from the Nazis in WWII. Then again Christians during that time didn’t allow little girls to be burned alive in a blazing school building on the basis that they weren’t wearing the hijab either. That is the ‘religion of peace’. Our enemies are waging a PR war and we must fight back, both aboard and at home. We can’t simply stand idly by while the media becomes the tool of those who seek to destroy us and all we stand for.

10:28 am - North Tower of the World Trade Center Collapses

Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day
Out in the yard with your wife and children
Working on some stage in LA
Did you stand there in shock at the site of
That black smoke rising against that blue sky
Did you shout out in anger
In fear for your neighbor
Or did you just sit down and cry

Did you weep for the children
Who lost their dear loved ones
And pray for the ones who don't know
Did you rejoice for the people who walked from the rubble
And sob for the ones left below

Did you burst out in pride
For the red white and blue
The heroes who died just doing what they do
Did you look up to heaven for some kind of answer
And look at yourself to what really matters

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day
Teaching a class full of innocent children
Driving down some cold interstate
Did you feel guilty cause you're a survivor
In a crowded room did you feel alone
Did you call up your mother and tell her you love her
Did you dust off that bible at home
Did you open your eyes and hope it never happened
Close your eyes and not go to sleep
Did you notice the sunset the first time in ages
Speak with some stranger on the street
Did you lay down at night and think of tomorrow
Go out and buy you a gun
Did you turn off that violent old movie you're watching
And turn on "I Love Lucy" reruns
Did you go to a church and hold hands with some stranger
Stand in line and give your own blood
Did you just stay home and cling tight to your family
Thank God you had somebody to love

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

The greatest is love
The greatest is love

Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day

10:06 am - United Airlines Flight 93 Crashes Near Shanksville, Pennsylvania

We pray today that from the ashes will rise a new spirit of beauty and unity in America. Already, all across this nation our hearts have been knit together into a new tapestry of one America. Because of this tragedy, we have been bound together by a silver chord of hope and brotherhood and sisterhood. What was meant to drive us apart has really drawn us together.

May we always remember.

And so today we ask, God, that you would wipe the tears of all in need of comfort. That you would warm the heart of one who would grow cold from bitterness. That you would lift the head of that one who is bowed down in sadness. That you would touch the discouraged and remind them that love will always conquer hate.

We thank you, God, for making us such a resilient people. We know that we are.

And we pray now for the strength to rise again, to build again, and to live free from fear. We pray that you will help us rebuild our broken lives and mend our broken hearts. We pray that you will give us the courage to face evil and the faith to believe that good will never be defeated.

Hold us close to your heart.

And through our tears, and through our sorrow, may we all see a new vision of a new tomorrow.

9:59 am - South Tower of the World Trade Center Collapses

I pray for the survivors of the attack on September 11, 2001.

I pray for the families who have lost loved ones.

I pray for the rescue workers and police on the scene.

I pray for the doctors and nurses caring for the hurting.

I pray for the reporters who work through intense emotion to bring us the pictures and news of the day.

I pray for the President and other elected leaders who so desperately need wisdom from beyond themselves.

I pray for the pastors in Washington and New York who care first-hand for the spiritual needs of those who have experienced this great tragedy.

I pray for the military and intelligence agencies who seek to find out who would do this so they might be brought to justice.

I pray for our nation -- that this event will bring us together and turn our thoughts toward helping each other to fight and VANISH the terrorism out of the world.

I pray for all those who might be tempted to think that violence accomplishes anything of lasting value. We've seen too much of it in the recent years.

Lastly, I pray for every peace lover in this world. May God break the cycle of violence to make a difference for His Peace and Grace in this sinful world.

GOD BLESS AMERICA.

9:37 am - American Airlines Flight 77 Impacts the Pentagon

May the Blessed Virgin bring comfort and hope to those who suffer on account of the tragic attack of the terrorists, that last week seriously harmed the beloved American people.

To all the children of this great Nation I direct my heartbroken and heartfelt consideration.

May Mary welcome the dead, console the survivors, support those families who are particularly tried, help all to resist the temptation to hatred and violence, and to dedicate themselves to the service of justice and peace.

May the Virgin Mary nourish in the hearts of all young persons, above all, high human and spiritual ideals and the necessary perseverance to achieve them. May She remind them of the primacy of eternal values, especially in these difficult moments, so that in their daily engagements and activities they may ever continue to be turned toward God and to his kingdom of solidarity and peace.

9:02 am - United Airlines Flight 175 Impacts the South Tower

Brothers and Sisters, in great dismay, before the horror of destructive violence, but strong in the faith that has always guided our fathers, we turn to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, salvation of his people, and with the confidence of children, pray that He will come to our aid in these days of mourning and innocent suffering.

1. For the Churches of the East and the West, and in particular for the Church in the United States of America so that, though humbled by loss and mourning, yet inspired by the Mother of the Lord, strong woman beside the cross of her Son, they may foster the will for reconciliation, peace, and the building of the civilization of love.

2. For all those who bear the name of Christian, so that, in the midst of many persons who are tempted to hatred and doubt, they will be witnesses to the presence of God in history and the victory of Christ over death.

3. For the leaders of nations, so that they will not allow themselves to be guided by hatred and the spirit of retaliation, but may do everything possible to prevent new hatred and death, by bringing forth works of peace.

4. For those who are weeping in sorrow over the loss of relatives and friends, that in this hour of suffering they will not be overcome by sadness, despair and vengeance, but continue to have faith in the victory of good over evil, of life over death.

5. For those suffering and wounded by the terrorist acts, that they may return to stability and health and, appreciating the gift of life, may generously foster the will to contribute to the well being of every human being.

6. For our brothers and sisters who met death in the folly of violence, that they find sure joy and life everlasting in the peace of the Lord, that their death may not be in vain but become a leaven bringing forth a season of brotherhood and collaboration among peoples.

O Almighty and merciful God, you cannot be understood by one who sows discord, you cannot be accepted by one who loves violence: look upon our painful human condition tried by cruel acts of terror and death, comfort your children and open our hearts to hope, so that our time may again know days of serenity and peace.

Through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

[Pope John Paul II's Address on September 12th, 2001]

8:46 am - American Airlines Flight 11 Impacts the North Side of the North Tower

Almighty God, the past four years will be indelibly inscribed in our memories.

We looked with horror on the terrorist attacks of September 11th. But we looked with honor on acts of courage by ordinary peoplewho sacrificed themselves to prevent further death and destruction.

We shed our tears in a common bond of grief for those we loved and lost.We journeyed through a dark valley, but your light has led us to a place of hope. You have turned our grief into determination. We are resolved to do what is good, and right, and just.

Help us to remember what it means to be Americans—a people endowed with abundant blessings. Help us to cherish the freedoms we enjoy and inspire us to standwith courage, united as one Nation in the midst of any adversity.

Lord, hear this prayer for our Nation.

Amen.

Al Gore Preaches at MTV Video Music Awards and Teenagers Don't Give a Damn

Okay, let’s forget for a moment that the MTV Video Music Awards this year were a total bore. I suppose when you don’t have some sort of quasi-lesbian kiss ala Britney-Madonna-Christina then it’s just not as interesting. What do Al Gore and global warming have to do with music videos?! Hell if I know but perhaps MTV could explain themselves why they felt it necessary to have former-Vice President (and current environmental hypocrite) Al Gore on stage preaching to a bunch of teenagers who came to see Shakira. I am well acquainted with the fact that MTV is no longer about the music (when was the last time that TRL actually showed an entire music video, if ever) and that host Jack Black is a staunch liberal but that doesn’t give them the right to ram this down our throats.
